Beach Bod Personal Services offers a variety of programs to help you achieve the goals you want. Our programs are all designed to keep you 'playing' at your own pace while yielding optimal results. Both the Personal Training service and the Beach Bod Plus service begin with a free 30-minute consultation, during which we will assess your goals and expectations. In order for us to train you, we need to know who you are and what you want to achieve. We also want to make sure that you are comfortable with us. Our first session starts with comprehensive testing so that we can get an idea of your current fitness level. We will test body fat, take measurements, assess cardiovascular fitness, and have you fill out a brief and non-invasive medical questionnaire. This will allow us to design a program exclusively for you, based on your abilities and goals.
